Session Time and Duration
Our session will begin promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a 60-minute session, the session will be shortened accordingly. For example, if you're 10 minutes late, you will have 50 minutes of shooting time.

Usage Rights
The photos taken during the session are for personal and social media use only, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Under the Federal Copyright Act of 1976, all photos taken during the session are protected by copyright from the moment they are created. I (the photographer) retain sole ownership of the copyright for all images. You’re granted the right to use the selected photos on your personal social media, website, or blog. However, you’re not allowed to transfer, reproduce, modify, publish, copy, or distribute the photos for any commercial purposes without my written permission.

By submitting your deposit and/or participating in the shoot, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

Brand Usage and Additional Licensing
You may use the images for personal online platforms (such as blogs, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X). If a brand or third party wants to use the images for commercial purposes (like marketing on their social media, website, or print), a separate licensing agreement will need to be arranged with me, and an additional fee will apply.

Publications (like magazines) should handle licensing directly with me, and brand usage will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may include additional fees.

Photo Credit
Please credit me for any photos or videos you share from our session. The credit should read: @itsjessicalindsay (on social media) or "Jessica Lindsay" with a link to my website at www.itsjessicalindsay.com

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. All sales are final. You’re allowed to reschedule once without penalty if you notify me at least 24 hours before your session (unless weather affects the schedule). Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the session (except for weather-related reasons) will result in the full session fee being due.
